Here's how we're spending the evening. Three steps, no pressure.
Wind Down
Start by switching off, properly. Run a shower, get into something comfortable, and put your phone somewhere out of reach. If a short walk or stretch fits earlier in the day, lovely -but the evening itself is about doing less.
