Cancellation Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within the cancellation period set out below, and receive a refund.

You can cancel from the moment you place your order. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you nominate, receive the products. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.

The right to cancel does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

To cancel, tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing hello@wrinklesschminkles.com with your name, order number and the products you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to.

To meet the deadline, you only need to send your cancellation request before the cancellation period ends. We will confirm receipt of your request by email.

If your order has not yet been dispatched when you contact us, we will cancel it and give you a full refund, including any delivery charge you paid.

If your order has already been delivered, you must send the products back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you tell us you are cancelling. We will email you the returns address when we confirm your cancellation.

Unless the products are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning them to us.

While the products are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products caused by handling them more than was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the way you could in a shop.

If you cancel within the cancellation period, we will refund the price you paid for the products and the standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

We will refund you within 14 days of the day we receive the products back, or the day you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If we have not yet delivered the products, we will refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for your order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.

If a product is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in addition to your right to cancel. These include the right to reject the product and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and after that, the right to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a price reduction or refund.

If you return a product because it is faulty or not as described, we will refund the price of the product in full, any delivery charge you paid, and the reasonable cost of returning it to us.

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging in to your Wrinkles Schminkles account, where you can pause deliveries, skip or swap items, update your details or cancel your subscription. There is no charge for cancelling.

Subscription orders are processed automatically at the delivery frequency you choose when you subscribe, which you can change at any time in your account. The date of your next order is shown in your account. To change, skip or cancel your next order, please do so before that date. Changes made after an order has been processed will apply from the following order.

Once a subscription order has been processed for dispatch, we cannot stop that delivery. If you are within 14 days of receiving the first delivery of your subscription, you can still cancel and return it under sections 'Your right to change your mind' to 'Your Refund' of this policy. Your rights under 'Faulty or incorrectly described products' section apply to every subscription delivery.
