How do they work?
Our 100% Medical-Grade Silicone Patches work in three key ways:
- Compression: Your skin is held (comfortably) taut so it can't wrinkle, crinkle or crease. This not only improves the appearance of existing lines and wrinkles but also prevents new lines from forming.
- Circulation: Our patches support healthy blood circulation to help strengthen and revitalise the skin. Improved circulation boosts oxygen and nutrient delivery to skin cells while flushing out impurities and free radicals – helping to keep skin smoother and firmer.
- Hydration: Our patches form an occlusive layer over the skin, creating a micro-climate of hydration. Moisture is drawn up to the skin's surface and locked in between the skin and the patch. In a matter of hours, the skin is visibly hydrated.
How often should I wear them?
Like all skincare, the more you use our Silicone Patches, the better your results!
For the best results, we recommend wearing them nightly while you sleep – this helps treat existing lines while also preventing new ones from forming.
You can also pop them on for 1–2 hours before a special event when your skin needs a quick boost.
Some men use them every night, while others alternate nights so they can cycle in their other skincare products – it’s completely up to you and what works best for your routine!
How long do results last?
You’ll notice visible smoothing after just one night, and longer-lasting results with consistent use. Our Silicone Patches work by holding your skin taut while you sleep, preventing new lines from forming – similar to “face taping,” they train your skin to stay smooth over time. With regular nightly use, you’ll see longer-lasting results, and eventually you can maintain them by wearing the patches only a few times a week instead of every night or alternate nights. The more consistently you use them, the longer the results will last.
Can I travel with them?
Yes. They’re lightweight, reusable, and come with a storage sheet – perfect for trips.
Will they stick if I’m sweating?
Light sweat is fine, but heavy sweating can contribute to the patches not sticking effectively. Here are some tips to help them stay put:
- Apply to clean, dry skin
- Press the patch down fully, no trapped air bubbles
- Keep your room cool and bedding light if you tend to overheat
- For heavy sweaters, try shorter wear periods, like a nap or while you WFH
Do I have to give up my regular skincare?
Not at all. Our Silicone Patches fit easily into your existing routine. On patch nights, apply them to clean, dry, product-free skin – but feel free to use your regular skincare on the areas you’re not patching.
If you’re a nightly patcher, simply use your serums and moisturiser during the day. Or, if you prefer, alternate between patch nights and regular skincare nights. Either way, it’s easy to find a rhythm that works best for you and your skin.
Are they single use?
No. Our Silicone Patches are reusable up to 15 to 20 times, depending on the patch. Just give them a quick clean with lukewarm water or our Silicone Patch Cleanser after each use, let them dry sticky-side up, then store them sticky-side down on the enclosed storage sheet until you're ready to patch again.
Can I wear them over my skincare at bedtime?
Great question – but we don’t recommend it. Skincare products underneath can prevent the patches from sticking properly and reduce the adhesive’s effectiveness, meaning you’ll get fewer uses out of them.
For best results, apply your skincare on alternate nights or during the day. It’s all about balance – your patches and regular skincare can work together as part of your routine, just not at the same time.
