1. Cleanse and dry skin, keeping it free of any skincare. No serums, moisturisers or night creams before you patch.
2. Peel away the plastic layer from each patch to reveal the adhesive and stick it in place on the target areas.
3. For best results, wear overnight while you sleep or for 1-2 hours for a boost.
4. After using, gently peel off each Silicone Patch, rinse with water or our Silicone Patch Cleanser, leave sticky side up to dry and then stick them back onto the enclosed storage sheet until you're ready to patch again. Bonus: They’re reusable for up to 15-20 times!

They do what they promise
I have only used a handful of times and not only does it give my immediate results but it also lasts days, I can only imagine the results if I used daily. A bit of a hassle to have to wash but buy the cleaner! Worth it. let dry a bit not too much. Little wet then stick back on the plastic pieces they came on work just as good at the first time. mine is still as sticky as the first time and can feel your muscles working / readjusting
